I'm the Head of Instruction at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. At the present time, I'm focusing on the establishment of the new first year legal research program to be initiated in the fall of 2012. In the past, I've taught courses in advanced legal research, the law of intelligence-gathering, and the role of intelligence in global security. I'm also a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG). One of my primary research interests are the legal aspects of intelligence operations conducted outside the United States by the U.S. Government.
