Join us for this session where the emphasis will be on research skills for post-issuance data, such as constructing a patent family tree, finding related litigation, checking legal status, and determining current ownership. The speakers will detail current tools and resources to help users find this information, as well as discuss the varying vocabulary used to represent these important legal concepts.
